EXAM: There is no exam for this course
CERTIFICATION: Upon completion of this course a certification will be given. This Certification will allow the participant to announce themselves as an ELDOA Student Practitioner Level 2.
LECTURE TOPICS INCLUDE • Descriptive Anatomy and introduction to Relational Anatomy • Classical Spine Biomechanics & Introduction to Tensegrity Biomechanics • Guy VOYER’s Educational Paradigm, Philosophy of ELDOA, & History and Development of the ELDOA • The Philosophy of Complexity • Physiology of Water at a cellular level: Intercellular vs. Extracellular. • Back Pain: Introduction to Scoliosis & Spinal Pathologies • Introduction to the Dura Mater, Cerebra Spinal Fluid & Primary Respiratory Mechanics: General ELDOA • ELDOA™ exercise progressions and practice from L5-S1 to C2-C3. • Advanced Coaching Methodology: Awareness, MFS, Lemniscate, Factors of progression.
The goal of this course is for the student to leave with a more in-depth understanding of anatomical, mechanical and tensegrity principals of the ELDOA™ while getting plenty of practical experience with ELDOA™ exercises for all spinal levels from L5/S1-C2/3.
