Sound Bath and Intention Bottle Creation

Join Lori Petty and Alissa Mercado at Soul Wellness on Saturday, March 9th from 11am – 12:30pm for a “Sound Bath and Intention Bottle Creation” workshop to experience a harmonious fusion of self-discovery and creativity. Cost is $25 per person. All materials will be provided.
We’ll begin the workshop with the immersing, serene vibrations of a meditative sound bath. Through the transformative power of sound, you will embark on a journey of inner exploration, connecting with your true desires, intentions and aspirations.
Following the meditative sound bath, we will transition into the creative realm as we guide you through the art of crafting intention bottles. Drawing inspiration from your meditative experience, you’ll have the opportunity to identify your intentions and infuse them into these sacred vessels using a variety of natural elements such as herbs, crystals, flowers, and shells. Each ingredient carries its own symbolic significance, allowing you to create a personalized and potent expression of your deepest intentions, desires and dreams.
Whether you seek to attract abundance, cultivate love, foster healing, or find clarity, this hands-on experience offers a transformative opportunity to align your intentions with your heart’s truest calling.
You may want to bring a mat, blanket and pillow for comfort during the sound bath. And you may also want to bring water, a pen and paper.
